Pre/Post Natal Stretching

Physio / Stretch

Sometimes you need more than just a stretch. Our Physio/Stretch session combines the best of physical therapy and stretching. We can help you work through those painful and immobile areas and get you moving and feeling better again.

Manual Sessions

KT TAPE

 Attached to the skin to physically hold muscles or bones at a certain position. May reduce pain and aid in recovery from overuse and other injuries. Also provides feedback for muscle imbalance and other muscular issues 

FLOSSING

 AKA tissue flossing.  Involves applying an external pressure (elastic band) above or below a muscle or joint of the extremities. The pressure provided safely by the band maintains arterial inflow of blood but reduces blood outflow. 

SOFT TISSUE / MANUAL TECHNIQUES

 Passive movements of joints and soft tissue intended to improve elasticity, increase range of motion, induce relaxation and reduce swelling and inflammation.
 

CORRECTIVE / POSTURAL TRAINING

 Have poor posture? With upper body stretching and strengthening of the neck, shoulders and chest we can help to correct poor posture including a forward head position and rounded shoulders.
 

TRAINING SESSIONS

PILATES TRAINING (STRENGTHENING, LENGTHENING, & TONING

  

A low-impact flexibility, strength and endurance program. Emphasizing correct posture alignment, core strength and muscle balance. All done in a private, one-on-one setting

Targeted / Isolated Stretch

Have a specific area that hurts? Our 15 min targeted stretch is what you need.  All the benefits of our regular session only targeted to your most problem area.
